I've recently bought a freedom jump for my awkward Connie x warmblood - I've had him for nearly 5 years and often been told that nothing off the peg will fit him and how odd he is! I msgd Sam with some pictures of him and what I wanted as had been struggling to jump and sit to him in a straight cut saddle as a last ditch attempt to find something suitable. Basically I couldn't be happier, the saddle that arrived was only 1/4 of a width out and it's beautifully soft with supportive blocks! I'm sure that if he hadn't been out of work for nearly a month in between the pictures being sent and receiving the saddle that it would have been bang on. I was a bit wary ordering at first as knew that I was too far away for Sam to check it personally but she assured me that it could be changed if it wasn't suitable and was very helpful.
