Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it. However, you do have the right to cancel the contract with us at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen calendar days from the date you received the goods.
RETURNS
All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. If the goods are not returned in a re-salable “new” condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a percentage of the purchase price from the refunded amount.
RETURN PROCESS
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform Chunky Monkey Saddles of your decision by emailing info@chunkymonkeysaddles.co.uk within the 14 day “cooling off period”. The goods must be securely returned to Chunky Monkey Saddles at the address below without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and appropriately insure the goods whilst in transit.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
